About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship focused on cloud media services. You will join our team to support the growth of our international audio and video solutions. We are looking for individuals who can bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and customer needs.
What you'll do#
- Work with the regional sales team as a primary contact for audio and video customers.
- Provide technical support for pre-sales consultations and proof-of-concept verification.
- Analyze customer technology architecture alongside the regional architecture team to identify requirements.
- Relay customer and industry feedback to the product development team.
- Present product capabilities and industry insights during online and offline events.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to support regional ecosystem partners through workshops and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Media Studies, Communications, IT, or Cloud Computing.
- Knowledge of audio and video technologies, including live streaming, video on demand, encoding, decoding, and network transmission.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with technical decision-makers.
- Experience in related industries or working with public clouds is a plus.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
