About the role#
This is a paid, hybrid internship based in El Segundo, California, for the Summer 2027 term. The role requires a commitment of 20-29 hours per week over a 6-month period. You will work alongside internal teams in Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and Content to execute social media strategies and support brand initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Pitch content ideas and social media partnerships tailored to fans of action, fantasy, anime, gaming, and comics.
- Assist in the production of short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Write social media copy that aligns with the brand personality.
- Support marketing campaigns and the operations of the Ambassador community.
- Recommend influencers based on audience demographics, metrics, and content styles.
- Manage and track content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Use social media management tools to schedule, organize, and monitor performance.
- Optimize YouTube thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for owned and influencer channels.
What you'll need#
- Deep engagement with WEBTOON and entertainment, particularly within the action, fantasy, anime, and gaming genres.
- Knowledge of social media platforms from a brand perspective, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Ability to produce entertaining content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
