About the role#
This PR Internship offers the opportunity to learn about PR strategy and execution while working within a broader marketing team. The role reports to the Head of Brand and Marketing Activation and focuses on supporting integrated campaigns. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify relevant influencers and podcasts in the LMS space using AI tools.
- Match influencers and podcasts to tailored pitches and appropriate company spokespeople.
- Coordinate podcast interviews and create briefing documents for each designated spokesperson.
- Draft press releases for leadership review and manage uploads to newswire services.
- Optimize YouTube channel content by creating SEO-focused titles, descriptions, and metadata.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and stay organized.
- Comfort using AI tools while maintaining critical judgment and independent thinking.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling pitches and press releases.
- Ownership of deadlines and consistent responsiveness on email and Slack.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to research deeply, ask questions, and accept constructive feedback.
