Video Content Creator Fellowship (Sports & TCG Collectibles)

About the role#

This fellowship is designed for video-first creators who are passionate about the collectibles world, including sports cards, Pokémon, One Piece, and memorabilia. You will create TikTok and Instagram content that brings the brand to life, builds community, and drives engagement. You must be comfortable on camera and capable of managing the full video production cycle, from filming to editing and posting.

What you'll do#

• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including pack openings, card reveals, grading results, and general collectibles culture.
• Appear on camera for pack rips, reviews, reactions, and collectibles commentary.
• Shoot and edit your own videos end-to-end, including filming, cutting, captioning, and posting.
• Help develop recurring content series and formats.
• Track trending moments, sounds, and formats in the collectibles and TCG space to create timely content.
• Assist with community engagement by responding to comments and surfacing fan ideas.
• Collaborate with the content team during live events, product drops, and launches.

What you'll need#

• Experience creating engaging video content around sports cards, TCG, collectibles, or adjacent fandoms.
• Comfort appearing on camera with a natural, authentic presence.
• Ability to shoot and edit your own short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or InShot.
• Strong knowledge of the sports card and/or TCG market (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, Panini, Topps).
• Strong knowledge of sports and pop culture.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Psychology, or Sociology.
