About the role#
This is a 12-month full-time internship starting in January 2027. You will join the Growth & Marketplace team to support product expansion and revenue retention. This role involves working across the organization to assist with product coordination and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and report on product success metrics.
- Participate in problem discovery, solution validation, and elaboration.
- Create and update documentation for new and existing product features.
- Assist in Product Management support for small-medium scale feature development.
- Engage customers and resellers directly to organize and collect feedback.
- Coordinate customer research and maintain contact records.
- Take notes during product meetings and distribute action items to the team.
What you'll need#
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Excellent calendar and task management skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12 months).
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate between $24 and $36 CAD.
