About the role#
We are hiring an Events Marketing Intern to join our team for an 8-month term spanning Fall 2026 and Winter 2027. You will gain hands-on experience building and executing marketing event campaigns that support customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work alongside our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to help shape our industry presence.
What you'll do#
- Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person and virtual conferences, trade shows, and exhibitor events.
- Conduct pre-event research, planning, venue sourcing, and vendor coordination.
- Manage local event execution, including the setup and breakdown of booth equipment and merchandise.
- Support team logistics such as hotel reservations, flight booking assistance, and event registrations.
- Assist with the development of email and social media campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management, organizational, and written or verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to support hosted environments.
- Comfort working independently and asynchronously.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time position with a salary range of $3,700 to $4,150 per month.
- The role is remote-first, but you must be based in Ontario and available to attend events and occasional in-office days at our headquarters in midtown Toronto.
- We offer five days of paid vacation during the term and provide necessary equipment for your work.
