About the role#
This internship offers junior-level undergraduate students a chance to turn data into insights and ideas into action. You will work in a rotational format across customer integration and portal services, innovation, and business intelligence. You will support both internal and external stakeholders while working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects.
Upon successful completion of the program, interns are eligible to apply for the post-graduation full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Participate in rotations across customer integration, portal services, innovation, and business intelligence.
- Analyze performance metrics and support system development.
- Collaborate on projects that enhance customer experience.
- Participate in targeted training and shadowing experiences.
- Work on a collaborative project with fellow summer interns.
- Assist with system testing for customer portals and proprietary systems.
- Contribute to customer onboarding and business facilitation.
- Identify customer needs and pain points to provide tailored support.
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to pricing, customer insights, and benchmarking.
- Prepare written documentation of procedures, processes, or project work.
- Test and aggregate results from SQL queries.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information system management, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Junior-level academic standing or equivalent progress toward degree completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions and priorities daily.
- Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to listen, work as a member of a team, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn.
- High personal standards for performance and integrity.
- Previous internship, work, or project experience in a professional setting is a plus.
