About the role#
Hunt Consolidated, Inc. is seeking an AI Business Strategy & Transformation Intern to support our team in Dallas. This paid internship focuses on mapping internal workflows and identifying opportunities for automation or AI integration. You will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while gaining hands-on experience with AI agent development.
What you'll do#
- Map cross-departmental processes using the APQC Process Classification Framework.
- Document current workflows and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Build and test AI agents for specific project opportunities.
- Define scopes of work for larger AI initiatives to be reviewed by the IT department.
- Act as a liaison between IT and individual departments during the development and testing phases.
- Prepare briefing materials and documentation to summarize findings for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Standing as a rising junior or senior in an undergraduate or master’s program for Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 grade point average.
- Experience with data analysis or process documentation, such as workflow diagrams or spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts, including basic agent development, prompting, or tool use.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a team environment.
- Exposure to business analysis or the APQC Process Classification Framework is helpful.
- Ability to provide academic transcripts.

- This role is based in Dallas, Texas.
- The position operates on a hybrid schedule.
- Terms are available for Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027.
