About the role#
TCOM, L.P. is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our team in Sioux Falls. This is a full-time, paid position that operates on a rolling basis. You will work on-site and collaborate directly with a mentor and manager to complete assigned projects.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned engineering projects.
- Provide regular updates to your manager and peers.
- Attend company-sponsored training, seminars, and events.
- Give a presentation at the end of your internship.
- Support the division's quality management system according to ISO standards.
- Assist in other areas and perform related duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Computer Science or Computer Engineering program.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify waste.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and leadership.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities.
