    About the role#

    TCOM, L.P. is hiring a Research Intern to join the team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work alongside a mentor and manager to complete projects and gain hands-on experience in the defense and space manufacturing industry.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze stratospheric balloon flight telemetry data.
    • Complete assigned projects and provide regular updates to your team.
    • Attend company-sponsored training, seminars, and events.
    • Learn and promote the division quality management system based on ISO standards.
    • Prepare and deliver a presentation at the end of the internship.
    • Follow company guiding principles and assist with related tasks as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Current college student or recent graduate in a relevant field of study.
    • Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once without close supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify waste.
    • Capacity to multitask and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Clear communication skills when working with peers and leadership.
