About the role#
The Fall 2026 Graphic Design Internship provides hands-on experience within the design department at our New York City office. This program is designed to help students develop their leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills while gaining exposure to the cosmetics industry.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day operations within the design department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Collaborate with interns across various departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by company leaders from multiple departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, with a preference for rising seniors.
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Media Studies.
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
- Strong teamwork skills.
