BLP Intern – Operations

About the role#

The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed to provide hands-on experience within the Operations function. Interns work on projects that contribute to the business while participating in an immersive orientation, networking events, and mentorship programs. This role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Stamford Hub.

What you'll do#

• Gain critical insight into customer experience through customer interaction assessments, performance trending, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategic operational plans and workforce capacity strategies.
• Strengthen project, process, and people management skills.
• Collaborate with peers in Technology on periodic initiatives and activities.
• Sharpen analytical skills via cost/benefit assessments.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Marketing.
• Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and take initiative.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for learning.

Location & details#

• Location: Stamford Hub, Connecticut.
• Term: Summer 2026 (10 consecutive weeks, June – August).
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Commitment: Minimum 40-hour work week.
