About the role#
The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment. You will work alongside experts in Operations to gain hands-on experience in areas such as servicing, collections, recovery, fraud, analytics, and operational governance. This role is designed for students to contribute to business projects and drive innovation.
What you'll do#
- Gain insight into customer experience through interaction assessments and performance analysis.
- Develop strategic operational plans and workforce capacity strategies.
- Strengthen skills in project, process, and people management.
- Collaborate with peers in Technology on periodic initiatives.
- Sharpen analytical skills by performing cost-benefit assessments.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and take initiative.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Available for 10 consecutive weeks between June and August 2026.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
