About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in various finance and accounting functions. You will gain exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, business unit analysis, return on investment, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance. This role provides an opportunity to build a professional network while learning about the daily operations of our finance team.
What you'll do#
- Support the Finance and Accounting team with day-to-day operations.
- Assist in monthly or quarterly closing activities by ensuring accounts are up-to-date.
- Suggest improvements for finance and accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software.
- Strong academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- A desire to learn and professional drive.
- Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- Ethical conduct.
- Ability to obtain a valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

- This is an on-site position located at our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
