About the role#
The Investment Solutions Controls team manages the flow of accounting transactions from Individual Wealth administration systems to the General Ledger. This role focuses on ensuring these transactions are accurate, complete, and timely. You will support cash control monitoring, accounting, and reporting for the Investment Solutions business.
What you'll do#
- Reconcile suspense, tax, balance sheet, and related bank accounts for Individual Wealth products.
- Prepare manual journal entries and complete Frontier reconciliations.
- Monitor daily accounting reports and investigate discrepancies to resolve accounting errors.
- Manage money movement across various systems and bank accounts.
- Advise business partners on standard accounting practices to prevent control issues.
- Track errors and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and maintain documentation for accounting procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accounting, finance, or related degree program.
- Graduation date of April 2027 or later.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using SAP or other general ledger systems.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
