About the role#
This Investment Banking Analyst internship is a full-time, paid position for Winter 2027. You will join a product or industry group within BMO Capital Markets to gain experience with financial products, including mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory, and debt and equity financings. The program includes an initial week of training and orientation, along with mentorship and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Run valuation analyses.
- Perform complex financial modeling.
- Conduct research and analysis on specific industries and companies.
- Create client presentations.
- Write internal and external marketing memoranda.
- Assist with tasks supporting client relationships and business development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- A strong academic record.
- Excellent analytical skills in business, financial, and credit analysis.
