We’ve earned numerous accolades, including Top Overall Administrator, along with #1 rankings for providing alternative asset services in Accounting, Technology, Client Service, Investor Services, Alternative Fund Expertise, Reporting, and Regulatory Expertise.Role ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices through accounting system and ensure vendors are punctually paidAssist with gathering support and processing monthly corporate credit card statementsAssist with bank reconciliations to respective bank statements, general ledgers and cash sheetsAssist corporate accounting team with year-end tax filings and financial statement audit supportMaintain filing system for processed payments for documentation purposesOpportunity in the future to work closely with corporate accounting team to assist in month-end financial reportingPre-Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceAccounting/Finance majorSelf-motivated and solid team playerDetail oriented, multi-task, attention to detail and an understanding of the need for accuracyProfessional and positive communication skillsAbility to commit to approximately 15 hours per week during the school year and increased hours throughout the summerThis internship will be paid at an hourly rate of $23.00
