About the role#
This is a 12-month, full-time internship within the central Digital Analytics Team. You will report to the Manager of Digital Analytics and work as part of the enterprise hub for digital measurement, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Tealium administration. This role is paid and requires on-site attendance in Toronto.
What you'll do#
- Learn the role of digital analytics within the company and how to use Adobe Analytics.
- Maintain and update key statistical reports for company websites.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and assist in analyzing digital marketing data.
- Identify gaps in reporting infrastructure and training content.
- Implement new reporting infrastructure, including Excel scorecards and Adobe Analytics reports.
- Assist in the Tealium iQ and Adobe Analytics tag implementation and data collection process, including tool configuration and data validation.
- Support the management of Adobe Target for optimization and personalization.
- Provide marketers with recommendations on how to improve websites and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support the design of Adobe Analytics tagging frameworks and tag quality assurance.
- Act as a primary user management lead for team-managed tools.
- Educate business partners on digital analytics practices.
- Manage ad hoc projects, such as site reviews, internal search optimization, and data visualization using Tableau.
What you'll need#
- Availability for a 12-month term from May 2027 to May 2028.
- A graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Enrollment in a relevant program such as Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Communications, or Human Resources.
- A minimum of 3 previous work terms of experience.
- Understanding of web publishing and usability design.
- Commanding knowledge of MS Excel or related software.
- Comfort working with large data sets and synthesizing findings.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work under little supervision and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with Web or Digital Analytics software, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, is an asset.
- Skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or knowledge of digital marketing concepts like SEO are considered assets.
