About the role#
This is an 11-week internship program designed to build leadership and functional skills within the Product organization. You will gain exposure to Product Development, Line of Business Management, Business Intelligence, Distribution Channel Analytics, Pricing, and State Product Management. This role provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback, and serves as an early candidate pipeline for future full-time rotational programs.
What you'll do#
- Take on a challenging assignment within the Product organization.
- Partner with other interns on a capstone team project to research and present on a topic outside of your primary assignment domain.
- Develop core competencies in required corporate skills.
- Participate in formal and experiential learning, volunteerism, and networking activities.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Risk Management & Insurance.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Demonstrated record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, change agility, and the ability to work well in teams.
- Leadership experience gained outside of the classroom.
