About the role#
The Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP) offers graduate students an immersive summer experience. You will join an analytics team to work on real business problems, strengthening your technical skills and ability to communicate data insights. The program combines analytical project work with professional development and leadership exposure, preparing you for future full-time analytics roles.
What you'll do#
- Develop predictive models to identify customers who may benefit from targeted clinical or support programs.
- Apply machine learning techniques to segment populations and support personalized engagement strategies.
- Analyze drivers of medical cost trends and recommend data-driven mitigation strategies.
- Measure the impact of business initiatives using experimental or quasi-experimental methods.
- Model the financial impact of changes to provider contracts or healthcare delivery models.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R.
- Experience writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised versus unsupervised learning and model evaluation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires working in the office at least three days per week).
