About the role#
As a Client Service Administrator, you will support our GRS Operations team by managing day-to-day administration for a specific block of business. You will interact directly with Plan Sponsors, Members, and Advisors to provide service and ensure we meet our established standards. This is a 12-month position that requires 15 hours per week during the school year, with a transition to full-time hours during the summer, spring break, and winter holiday periods.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily administration tasks for various products while meeting service level standards.
- Process and analyze transactions for control accounts daily to maintain accuracy.
- Verify daily output and correct member account records.
- Identify transaction and inquiry patterns to help improve client efficiency.
- Log and escalate issues or complaints to leadership within 24 hours.
- Track all assigned work accurately using our management operating systems.
- Participate in team meetings and share client feedback to improve internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration, Finance, or Economics program.
- An expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Strong proficiency with PC tools, specifically Excel.
- Ability to handle high work volumes while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required for the Montreal location.
