About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated intern to join our Global Procurement team for the summer of 2027. This paid, full-time program offers project support and professional development within a manufacturing environment. You will work alongside cross-functional teams and gain exposure to various levels of the organization.
What you'll do#
- Benchmark supplier performance by establishing rankings and comparing data.
- Identify supplier risk by combining trends and benchmarking metrics.
- Standardize supplier reviews by creating monthly and quarterly templates.
- Pilot and roll out review processes with selected commodities and strategic suppliers.
- Expand the procurement data model and strengthen use cases.
- Advance AI insights and assist in productionizing procurement intelligence tools.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a 4-year degree, preferably as a Sophomore or Junior.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and data analytics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication, including high attention to detail.
