About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Dealer Sales Business Strategy Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This paid, full-time position is based on-site at our corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin. You will work with our Dealer Team to support project initiatives, analyze organizational workflows, and help shape recommendations for our sales enablement programs.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate emerging AI applications and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Analyze organizational workflows, team interactions, and process dependencies to recommend improvements.
- Support the Sales Business Operation System (SBOS) documentation and training materials.
- Develop quick-reference guides and job aids.
- Create process maps and convert standard operating procedures into training content.
- Organize and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and knowledge resources.
- Collect field feedback on training effectiveness to support change management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Experience with Excel, financial modeling tools, or AI-enabled business tools is preferred.
- Curiosity about sales operations, business processes, and organizational dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functional teams.
