About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Business Operating System Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role focuses on optimizing the systems and processes that drive operational efficiency. You will work on-site in Middleton, Wisconsin, helping to analyze workflows, document procedures, and support system implementations.
What you'll do#
- Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist in developing, testing, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify performance trends and process improvements.
- Help with process automation and the development of digital tools to reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with the quality team to define standardized process and template structures.
- Consolidate best practices and visual standards into the manufacturing systems playbook.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools is preferred.
