About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring an intern to support the Dealer Shop at Home sales strategy team during the summer of 2027. You will work on projects that help improve our dealer programs, track training initiatives, and support our sales partner strategies. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Middleton, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project support for the Dealer Shop at Home program.
- Create a tracker for training initiatives covering draperies, motorization, participation rates, and certifications.
- Help build a Costco tracker platform for dealer roadshows to manage dates and warehouse schedules.
- Develop a digital scorecard and a platform to track sales data.
- Assist with building content for Graber and SunSetter webinars, including coordination for guest speakers.
- Create a symposium attendance tracker to measure ROI.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- An interest in sales partner strategy and incentive design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools is preferred.
