About the role#
The Property Office at Space Dynamics Laboratory is looking for a student to support property functions across our campus. This role is for someone who is organized and interested in gaining experience in property management and administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Student Scholar Program, which includes technical workshops, outreach activities, and access to academic stipends.
What you'll do#
- Perform inventory and distribute office and breakroom supplies.
- Assist the full-time Property Team with inventory of SDL and Government equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Move office furniture and lab equipment as needed.
- Manage the disposal of excess equipment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Utah State University student with at least one year of school remaining.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity tools.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely.
- U.S. citizenship or status as a lawful permanent resident.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a sense of ownership.
- Business-related experience is preferred.
