About the role#
This internship provides on-the-job training within the commercial area of Santander. You will gain exposure to the full client life cycle, including onboarding, banking operations, documentation, credit operations, and investment platforms. This is a full-time, paid position based in Miami.
What you'll do#
- Participate in training across various banking functions related to client management.
- Support ongoing projects involving Appian Credit, Appian Updates, W8s Appian, DocuSign, POs, and Cornercards.
- Assist bankers and the broader team with administrative tasks and specific regional initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- The ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team while also managing tasks autonomously.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to team success.
- A willingness to learn and engage in hands-on work.
