About the role#
This internship provides students with practical experience that builds on classroom learning. You will work on a specific project throughout the summer and present your findings at a senior leadership expo. The role supports the marketing team in building brand awareness and driving business growth.
What you'll do#
- Create content for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and internal communications.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Help produce and edit materials like presentations, flyers, and product sheets.
- Work with cross-functional teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Manage updates to company online platforms.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Join brainstorming sessions to generate marketing ideas.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for tradeshows, webinars, or internal events.
- Develop a project timeline, provide progress updates, and prepare a final delivery for a senior leadership expo.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
