About the role#
South Florida ENT Associates, P.A. is hiring an Audiology Extern for a full-time, on-site role in Hollywood, Florida. This position offers clinical experience working with experienced audiologists to treat patients of all ages. You will gain exposure to a variety of hearing and balance disorders while building your clinical decision-making skills.
What you'll do#
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Manage hearing aid fittings and follow-up care.
- Provide patient counseling and rehabilitation.
- Treat patients of all ages using advanced diagnostic equipment and hearing technology.
What you'll need#
- You are a current Au.D. student eligible for an externship placement.
- You have completed a BA/BS in an Audiology Program.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You bring professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- You are committed to patient-centered care and lifelong learning.
- You must fulfill the one year clinical site requirement for licensure.
