About the role#
As a Student Associate, you will support production operations at our Gastonia facility. This role offers a chance to explore a corporate environment within the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will rotate through different functional areas and complete projects assigned by Plant Management.
What you'll do#
- Perform various tasks to assist with daily production operations.
- Gain practical experience across multiple departments.
- Execute projects under the direction of local management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Knowledge of financial modeling.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
