About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on experience within our manufacturing and packaging operations. You will work directly with industry experts to gain insight into how our business functions across the enterprise. This is a full-time, paid, rolling internship based in Chestnut Hill, Tennessee.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects alongside industry experts.
- Engage with plant operations and leadership teams.
- Participate in plant tours and networking events.
- Gain broad business knowledge from across the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or master's degree program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Previous internship experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
