About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Engineering Co-op position based in Chestnut Hill, Tennessee. You will join our Consumer Packaging Division to gain professional experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry. This role offers the chance to work alongside industry experts and engage directly with company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Take on hands-on projects with guidance from industry experts.
- Collaborate across manufacturing, process engineering, quality, safety, and supply chain management.
- Build a broad understanding of our business operations.
- Participate in networking opportunities with leadership and other program associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program with a focus on Automation, Electrical, or Information Systems Engineering.
- Previous co-op experience, ideally in a manufacturing or functional setting.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
