About the role#
This is a 10 to 12-week summer internship program based in Aiken, South Carolina. You will work with the Application Team to identify and verify which products are approved for use by specific utility customers. This role provides hands-on experience and the chance to contribute to business projects while learning about industry standards and testing requirements.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world tasks.
- Work on value-added projects and assist with process improvement.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and build professional relationships across the business.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide support to co-workers as needed.
- Develop technical skills relevant to your major.
- Gain experience in planning and organization.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the program (May-August 2027).
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and graduation date.
