About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship within our Consumer Packaging America division. You will join our team in West Chicago, Illinois, for a full-time, on-site experience. You will work alongside industry experts to gain practical knowledge of the manufacturing and packaging sectors.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, and safety.
- Participate in on-the-job learning experiences and plant tours.
- Engage with company leadership and attend networking events.
- Receive real-time feedback to help guide your professional development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program for Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in a manufacturing or functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Compensation: Monthly salary based on degree level and year.
