About the role#
This Operations Co-op position is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, within the Metal Packaging division. You will gain exposure to the manufacturing industry through hands-on work and direct engagement with company leadership. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Gain business knowledge across the enterprise.
- Participate in networking opportunities with business leaders.
- Join activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
- Engage directly with Sonoco leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in a manufacturing or functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
