About the role#
The Strategic Planning internship is a 10-week summer program for undergraduate students. You will join the Transformation and Change Management Group, which drives enterprise transformation and supports business growth. This role provides exposure to firm-wide projects, including the development of target operating models and front-office enablement. The program acts as a pipeline to our full-time Analyst Program.
What you'll do#
- Build financial models and conduct research.
- Develop client presentations.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Support project management tasks including business case development, planning, and status reporting.
- Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics at an accredited university.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- An excellent academic record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
