About the role#
The Portfolio Management Group supports the leveraged loan and corporate lending business. This team monitors credit quality for large cap corporate borrowers and portfolio companies owned by private equity firms. The group also manages amendment and periodic underwriting activities throughout the bank relationship. This is a 10-week summer internship program for undergraduate students.
What you'll do#
- Work on teams and support significant firm-wide projects.
- Assist with a range of deals for our clients.
- Build financial models and develop client presentations.
- Conduct research and participate in client meetings.
- Monitor credit quality for large cap corporate borrowers.
- Manage amendment and periodic underwriting activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- An excellent academic record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts concisely.
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
- Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.
- Intellectual curiosity.
