About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the news industry at WPMI/WJTC. You will participate in daily news operations and learn about core newsroom processes.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily newsroom operations.
- Gain practical experience in broadcast media production.
- Observe and learn professional newsroom workflows.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Eligibility to receive college credit for the internship is required.
- A high level of motivation and dedication toward a career in the news industry.
