About the role#
Sinclair Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is an on-site, paid position based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. You will work directly with our HR team to support the systems, programs, and data that keep our operations running. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to real projects alongside professionals in Benefits, HRIS, and HR Operations.
What you'll do#
- Support daily benefits activities, including employee communications, enrollment processes, and documentation.
- Assist with employee data maintenance, system audits, and reporting to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams across Benefits, HRIS, and HR Operations on shared initiatives.
- Organize and analyze HR data to identify trends and potential discrepancies.
- Document workflows and help identify ways to make HR processes more efficient and user-friendly.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Must be at least a sophomore at an accredited college or university.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, systems, and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Compensation: $18.50 per hour.
