About the role#
As an Interior Design Co-op, you will work alongside architects and engineers to shape the experiences people have inside our buildings. You will gain hands-on project experience and work within an integrated design community. This role is based in our Cincinnati office and requires in-person attendance to support collaboration and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Support concept development, finishes, and furniture solutions.
- Build material boards, renderings, and presentation graphics.
- Research user needs and strategies that make interiors healthier and more effective.
- Coordinate drawings and details with architects, engineers, and vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interest in how design shapes the way people interact with space.
- Rendering software skills are a plus.
