About the role#
As a Graphic Design Co-op, you will join our business services team to help tell our story through design and copy. You will gain hands-on experience blending design, writing, and strategy to engage audiences. You will work alongside architects, interior designers, and engineers to see how your contributions impact the communities we serve.
What you'll do#
- Design and write content for graphics, presentations, and campaigns.
- Create visual assets for events, social media, and digital platforms.
- Assist with planning and setting up events.
- Contribute to employer branding and culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva for social media content.
- A strong design eye and attention to detail.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position for the Winter 2027 term.
- Work locations include Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; or Greensboro, NC.
- We do not offer sponsorship for this role.
