About the role#
As an Architecture Co-op at SHP, you will join our design studios to see how ideas become buildings. You will work alongside architects, interior designers, and engineers on projects ranging from educational facilities to community spaces. This role provides hands-on experience across every stage of the design process.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with architects and project teams on design development, documentation, and presentations.
- Build your technical skills in Revit and various visualization tools.
- Observe client interactions and internal reviews to learn the business side of architecture.
- Participate in sustainability, planning, and research efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong design eye and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position located on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- The term for this role is Winter 2027.
- Compensation starts at $20 per hour for undergraduates and $22 per hour for graduate students, with parking expenses covered by the company.
