About the role#
This pharmacy internship provides practical experience within a community retail setting. You will work under a local Associate-Owner while gaining exposure to the daily operations of a pharmacy. The role focuses on building your professional skills through hands-on training and patient interaction.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and manage consent according to privacy requirements.
- Remain clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Participate in training sessions for OTC products and disease state management.
- Practice drug therapy, patient counseling, and general pharmacy management skills.
- Engage directly in community pharmacy practice to enhance your academic learning.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

- Location: 748 Burrard Street, Unit 104 & 201, Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Employment type: Part-time, hourly.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Pay range: $22.00 to $28.75 per hour.
