About the role#
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Partner Alliance team. This role is based in our Downers Grove office and offers the chance to apply your business, marketing, or communications studies to real-world partner programs. You will work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support our internal systems and grow our partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and improve our existing and new partner programs.
- Track performance metrics for key partner initiatives.
- Maintain the internal Partner Alliance System, including onboarding tasks and process documentation.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with daily tasks.
- Help facilitate partner sales training.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly partnership calls and webinars.
What you'll need#
- Currently a junior or higher pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Clear, professional communication skills for both speaking and writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well both independently and in a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ACE factor, which includes Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- A valid driver’s license, a personal car, and proof of vehicle insurance, as the role requires travel and equipment transport.
