About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Downers Grove, Illinois. You will work directly with our Microsoft project team to gain hands-on experience and translate your classroom knowledge into practical implementation. At the end of the program, hiring managers will review your performance to determine potential future employment opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and train with our senior engineers to build technical competencies.
- Work with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, M365, and PowerShell.
- Participate in project-based tasks to develop your professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or higher in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and proof of vehicle insurance, as the role requires travel between locations and equipment transportation.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to demonstrate the ACE factor: Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.
- Preferred: Certifications in AZ-900, MS-900, AI-900, or SC-900, and hands-on experience with AI tools, cloud environments, or data centers.
