About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Downers Grove, Illinois. You will work on-site as part of a team focused on network operations. The role involves a training program to build your technical skills, customer relations abilities, and knowledge of company history.
What you'll do#
- Learn from solution architects, deployment engineers, and team leads.
- Gain experience with innovative technologies in integration and support.
- Travel between various locations to transport equipment.
- Participate in structured training to develop your technical competencies.
What you'll need#
- Junior status or higher in a college degree program.
- Curriculum focus on Networking, Computer Science, or IT Management.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft, and Cloud technologies.
- Understanding of IT security principles and testing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- A valid driver license, a car, and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- A positive attitude and the ACE factor: Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.
