About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Downers Grove, Illinois. You will work alongside solution architects, deployment engineers, and team leads to gain hands-on experience in the IT services and consulting field.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a training program to build skills in customer relations, company history, and technical competencies.
- Learn about innovative technologies within the integration and support space.
- Travel between various locations to transport equipment as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or higher in a degree program focused on Networking, Computer Science, or IT Management.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Microsoft, and Cloud technologies.
- Understanding of IT security principles and testing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A valid driver license, a car, and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A positive can-do attitude and the ACE factor, which includes Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.
