About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Downers Grove, Illinois. You will work directly with our Help Desk team to build your technical skills and gain experience in customer relations. At the end of the program, you will participate in a review for potential future employment.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and train with our engineers to learn about innovative technologies.
- Apply your classroom knowledge through hands-on, practical implementation.
- Develop your technical competencies and professional communication skills.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least a junior working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- We look for candidates who display our ACE factor: Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.
- Experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with networking, cloud, or network security is helpful, though not required.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in Downers Grove, Illinois.
- You must have a valid driver’s license, a car, and proof of vehicle insurance, as the role requires travel and the transport of equipment.
