About the role#
This is a full-time internship and co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Asset Management and Special Projects team, which oversees corporate real estate owned by the Bank across Canada. This role is part of the Velocity Program, a customized experience designed to provide development tools and career growth opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support daily tenant management for third-party tenants in Bank-owned spaces.
- Produce and update professional documentation.
- Coordinate with internal partners, including Facilities Management, Accounting, and the retail branch network, to address property and tenant needs.
- Communicate with tenants to track issues, requests, and follow-ups.
- Work on special programs and initiatives to support Bank Strategic Objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attitude, ownership, and opportunity mindset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including financial reports and data set management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
