About the role#
This co-op position supports the Thermal Management Systems Engineering team. You will work on assigned projects, receive hands-on training, and gain exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes. This role focuses on professional development while you contribute to active design and development initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with various systems engineering duties within the Thermal Management department.
- Collaborate with team members to keep workflows efficient and complete tasks.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing coolant and refrigerant system projects.
- Research advanced thermal management topics.
- Participate in benchmarking activities.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Prior experience in automotive Coolant and Refrigerant Systems is preferred.
