About the role#
This is a part-time, on-site Grocery Clerk position at the Archerwill Food Store. The role involves maintaining store operations, assisting with inventory, and supporting customer service efforts.
What you'll do#
- Receive, examine, and warehouse incoming grocery merchandise.
- Assist in planning and organizing merchandise displays for regular stock, sales, and promotions.
- Provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and front-end areas.
- Maintain a professional approach regarding attitude, dependability, and appearance.
- Monitor store security to prevent the unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work effectively with co-workers and the public.
- An energetic and upbeat nature.
- A strong desire to learn and perform duties with minimal supervision after the initial training period.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
